Porsche has unveiled their latest Cayenne model, the Turbo S. Sporting 550hp, the Turbo S sprints from 0-60 in 4.7 seconds and has a top speed of 174mph. That extra 50hp (over the regular Turbo model) comes courtesy of a modified exhaust system and improvements in engine control. Press release after the jump.
