AutoExpress has some new photos up of the Lexus LF-A doing some last minute testing before it takes part in the 24 hours of Nurburgring. As you can see from the above photo, the car is sporting no camouflage other then the matte black paint job. Also apparent is the cars new sticker collection. As a side note, I would not be surprised if they offered this semi race-spec edition as the new Toyota Supra, and the regular model as the Lexus LF-A.
This is either a new commercial for the upcoming Lexus LF-A, or was put together to be shown at various auto shows. The video comes from a Japanese site, so playback times are a little slow.
Toyota’s new monstrous Lexus LF-A is starting to come back out of hiding now that the Nissan GT-R V Spec and Corvette ZR-1 aren’t stealing all the headlines. The latest is a close up video of the new Lexus LF-A flying down part of the Nurburgring at 150mph making all sorts of glorious noises. Enjoy!

AutoBlog is reporting that Toyota is going to campaign the new Lexus LF-A in the 24 hours of Nurburgring as a sort of test-n-tune. Kudos to Toyota for taking such a risk with their new flagship supercar.
Toyota has confirmed that the Lexus LF-A will campaign in the 24 hour Nurburgring race this May in an effort to shake down the new supercar before its launch next year. Toyota has no intentions of winning the grueling enduro, instead, it’s using its unconventional entrant into the race to aid development of the super coupe and gain feedback for the production car.
